Everybody has a different strategy for posting to their social media platforms. When I meet with a client they usually think they need to be everywhere and social media is overwhelming to them because it is A LOT to keep up with. As a marketer, I am here to tell you - it is a lot. BUT you do not have to be everywhere. Yes, make a profile and be present there but pick one, maybe two, if you really like it and focus on those platforms.
